Sue Mountney

Sue has a background in and Accounts and Office Management in both public and private sectors encompassing facilities management and a multinational manufacturing organisation.
Having worked in South Wales covering accountancy recruitment since 1999, Sue has previously worked for two multinational agencies as well as an independent agency. 

Key areas of experience:

• Temporary, Interim and Permanent Recruitment
• Recruiting for confidential vacancies
• Project Managed the recruitment of an entire accounts department of 19 staff for a major blue chip employer
• Recruitment of the Finance Director and entire accounts team for a greenfield manufacturing site
• Proven track record of matching candidates to companies, saving time and money on the recruitment process

Colin Douglas

Colin is a Graduate from the University of Wales with a background in general management. He has worked in South Wales covering accountancy recruitment since 1998. Colin has previously worked for 2 multinational recruiters including a FTSE 100 company, as well as a specialist independent.

Key areas of experience:

• Temporary, Interim and Permanent Recruitment
• Recruitment of senior Qualified staff into manufacturing, financial services and business services
• Public Sector and not-for-profit recruitment including housing, local authorities, the NHS and Charities
• Thinking laterally to provide innovative recruitment solutions
• Competency based interviews, candidate profiling and executive search
